Injunction to stop Piers Morgan associating himself with Arsenal
Mr Piers Morgan believes he is an Arsenal 'supporter', he is not.
The definition of the term supporter is as follows:
"A person who is actively interested in and wishes success for a particular sports team."
Tweets by Mr Morgan include recent examples such as:
"No trophies for 6yrs, erratic transfer activity, failure to keep key players, poor tactics (Ox substitution) = job for life?"
These public Tweets show that Piers is not, and does not 'support' Arsenal, yet instead uses his publicity/media powers to denigrate the reputation of this club.
