Make International Cakey Appreciation Day an internation holiday, celebrated whenever there is important news to be said about Cakey

For context, Cakey is a singer in a band called Kalafina, while she is not the lead singer any more than either of the others, she is often seen as a figurehead of the band taking centre stage and being the focus of a lot of songs, photos, and attention
I think it's time the world began to appreciate her and her tireless efforts to entertain us all, as a performer in growing popularity I feel she deserves the love and appreciation

The following changes will be made to national laws on International Cakey Appreciation Day:
1 - no sleeping
2 - no eye resting
3 - no regular resting
4 - no other excuse people have to go to sleep
These are to ensure the world can spend as much time loving and appreciating her as she deseves
