Introduce longer fixed sentences for persistent serious offenders and tougher conditions and limits on their human rights whilst in prison
My daughter was attacked by a persistent offender and very seriously injured. She subsequently died as a result of her injuries and the psychological impact of the assault. This offender will remain a risk to other people if he is ever released.
