Investigation of the GMP police and HMCTS force for misconduct and perverting the course of justice and other crimes.
I am petitioning for a.
Criminal Investigation of the GMP and HMCTS.
Police refuse to accept that it is a criminal offence to impersonate CERTIFIED BAILIFF and to MAKE false claims that the WARRANT is live. WARRANT DID NOT EXIST. And then assault of alleged debtor.
County courts act 1984, section 135/136.
Criminal offence Section 40 (1)(d) of the administration of justice act 1970.
BAILIFF refused to leave.

POLICE...Conspiracy to commit Misconduct,
Contrary to section 1 criminal law act 1977 conspired with BAILIFF and UNKNOWN. Perverting the course of justice. Plenty more charges.
