Issue the majority of state benefits in the form of stamps.
Benefits should be issued to claimants in the form of food, school and utility vouchers to reduce the use on drugs, alcohol and funding what can be, a lavish lifestyle compared to that of a full tax paying working person.
Too many people use their benefit money on life's luxuries such as tobacco and alcohol along with keeping them and their family in the latest designer clothes and having the latest gadgets.
