It was not in the public interest to have Prince Harry photos published by the Sun

Additional Information

The Sun newspaper should be legally rebuked for publishing naked photos of Prince Harry.

The material was not of public interest, was an intrusion of privacy, and its publication broadened public exposure to the indecent content unnecessarily.

In the UK, the press is not subject to state regulation. The Government believes that this is fundamental to our democracy. That is why the government does not interfere in what a newspaper or magazine chooses to publish.
