Jillian Harts demand for heating in her council house after 13 year without any
We the undersigned support Jillian Hart in her demand for a full investigation in why Pembrokeshire County Council have failed to provide safe working heating in her council house for 13 years. Let this be the last year she has to suffer another winter with no heating while paying full rent and now bedroom tax.
