Additional Information

Jail sentences need to be reviewed, the punishment needs to fit the crime and no early parole for good behaviour.
Life - means life & with no parole

A new tier system to be introduced depending on crime and as a suggestion the following:

Murder 30 yrs to life
Manslaughter 25 yrs
Rape 25 yrs to life
Child abuse 25 yrs to life
Sex Offenders 20 yrs to life
GBH 15 yrs
ABH 10 yrs
Robbery 5 - 20 yrs depending on details of crime
Driving whilst using a mobile phone 3 points & £100 fine - if killing someone 5 - 10 yrs
Dangerous driving - killing someone 5 - 15 yrs depending on circumstances & can be increased

All the above are minimum sentences & can be increased depending on the severity of the crime & circumstances ALL with NO parole or early release. The sentence needs to fit the crime.
