Juvenile offences to be removed from CRB checks at the age of 18

Additional Information

Juvenile offences are hindering peoples future aspects of a successful career because of a 'Juvenile' act of stupidity. This can only lead to more crime throughout the country as the bleak prospect of not being able to pursue your chosen career path.

As people mature and go through life their mind-set changes and the understanding of the mistakes they have made becomes more prominent. However their record can now hinder the rest of their life and their dreams and wishes for the future are can never be achieved.
This would be for juveniles that offended once and once only, showing that they realised the error of their ways and moved on. The offence should be removed from an Enhanced CRB at the age of 18 but still stay on police records to assist the police in future.
