keep summer daylight hours all year round
changing the clock backwards and forwards twice a year is an old fashioned concept and does not serve our modern society. If we had more daylight hours in winter, we would save energy, there would be a reduction in accidents and less crime. More daylight hours in winter is a sensible option.
