Let the people vote to Bring back the Death Penalty and not the MP's.
Let the People in Britain, have a vote on whether they wish to bring back the Death Penalty.
As the people have the brain capacity to vote in Governemnts, they must surely have the Brain capacity to decide if they want the Death Penalty.
Vote to be held within 6 months.
