Limit number of passengers in cars of young/recently qualified drivers to one only!
How shocking that five youngsters (aged 16-18 years old) travelling in one car were all killed in a RTC.
Why isn't it law that newly qualified drivers under 25 should be restricted to carrying maximum one person only.
