Rather than Re-capitalizing Banks, Banks need to be placed into Bankruptcy with Deposit holders funds protected only. London People's Bank (LPB) created from Deposit holder funds creating a good bank free of Toxic Legacy Bad Asset Debt with No Government Guarantee the bad assets. LPB run by the people for the people with every Londoner given a shareholding. LPB responsible lending cap interest rates for most vulnerable to alleviate poverty debt cycle. Pay above Bank England rates for savings. No risky investment trading using depositors money.
