Longer Prison Sentences - 5 years should mean 5 years - Life should mean Life - Justice System is far too leanient

Additional Information

Stentences given out are far too leanient, there is no deterrant. 5 years should mean 5 years not out earlier if you behave, if you behave you are released after 5 years if not you serve a longer sentence. Why is this country so SOFT on the undesireables?
