Make disability awareness training complusary in all customer facing roles and in school
Educate children on disabilities from a young age. This may prevent bullying and promote inclusion.
Make it compulsory for companies who have face to face contact with disabled people to engage in staff awareness training to give disabled peopled the best service and meet their needs.
