Make E-Petitions easier to join

Additional Information

At present there is endless repetition of e-petitions, which dilutes their effect. Petitioners should be offered a choice of the main( those with more than 1000 votes) key-word petitions which have been rendered during the last 7 days, enabling quicker, more efficient and effective petitioning for both the public and parliament.
