Make inheritance tax applicable to all estates without exception.

Petition Details

It appears very rich people can avoid paying inheritance tax by using tax avoidance measures such as trusts. It would be fair if tax laws were simple and applied to everyone. If it is the law that inheritance tax is paid on estates above a certain value it must apply to everyone without exception.
