Make it a criminal offence to harass a learner driver who is on a lesson.
It is becoming more and more dangerous for driving instructors to teach learners on UK roads.
We are harassed on a daily basis, other road users are increasingly more irritated and drive aggressively when they see a learner driver, making it a unsafe environment.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, you could start a new petition asking for new rules to be included in the highway code about driving near learner drivers, if that's what you want to happen.
