Make medical insurance compulsory for foreign nationals visiting the UK.
The UK tax payer subsidies foreign migrants to the tune of £6-7 billion a year to settle in the UK.(Education, Health Care, Dental, Housing & Benefit's)
The NHS is at bursting point and cant carry on treating all the worlds sick people for free.
