Make meditation and yoga mandatory in all UK schools for children 3yrs upwards.
Meditiation and yoga have been used for millennia as a way of bringing peace about the mind, strength of body and flexibility. If this was implemented in our schools now then no doubt the country would be a better place for our next generation.
