Make online companies show their contact details including registered office on their websites
It is becoming increasingly difficult to contact some online companies and speak to a human being to make a complaint etc. , make it law that all online companies must show their registered office details and show at least one telephone number on their website in a place that can be easily seen - not hidden in their terms and conditions
