Make solar panels mandatory on all government/council buildings where suitable

Petition Details

Reducing government spending on electricity is in the long term interests of the public purse, such generation would also reduce our dependence on foreign fossil fuel supply.
Reducing use of fossil fuels has obvious benefits for the environment that do not need to be reiterated here.
