Make SP Morrissey a Lord, now!
In view of his 30 service to the nation in showbusiness (including being lead singer in the current PM's favourite beat combo: http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2013/feb/19/david-cameron-smiths-what-difference), his ability to speak for the young and to articulate their ennui and their self-doubts and self-hatreds, for his defence of animals, but most of all, for the sagacity of his opinions regarding Baroness Thatcher http://t.co/Tn10e1yogF we, the undersigned demand that the House elevate Steven Patrick Morrissey to the House of Lords, against his will, if necessary, forthwith, and failing that, right away.
