To build/re open mental health institutions for the safety of the general public, and for the care and protection of the poor souls who have lost their grip on reality.

In London alone, 100 people have been killed in the last
year by people with severe mental health issues. This isn't made public.

Mental health patients, released by Thatchers "care in the community" have killed more civilians than any terrorist from any faction.

THIS MUST BE STOPPED.

Please sign this petition as a matter of urgency before more innocent people are killed.
