Micro chip details proof of ownership

Additional Information

The law should be changed, so the name and address details that are held by the micro chip company should be proof of ownership.
The old owner should inform the micro chip company of the sale, re-homing of their dog.
The new owner should fill in the relevant form and pay the fee to change the micro chip details to themselves.
All this should be done within 14 days from obtaining the dog.
