Additional Information

The proposed minimum price per unit of alchohol is ludicrous, simply leadfing to greater profits for manufacturers/traders. A greater alchohol Tax would at least put more funds in the Treasury and probably not infringe European Law. The extra revenue could be diverted to the NHS. I want the Government to rethink the issue.
