Minimum Wage for Adult Care Staff in the Home Care and Residential Sectors
All Adult Care Staff in the Home Care and Residential sectors should receive a decent living wage for the essential work they do. This should be an absolute minimum of at least £10 per hour and should be uprated annually in line with inflation.
We demand that the government introduces legislation to expedite this objective without delay.
