More Support for Speech Impariment

I have an speech impairment and when i used to have a person teaching me they would teach me but then after a few weeks they sent a letter stating i can't continue and said i just have to practice my self. just learn my L,R,Z.what good will that do if they are not supporting me or others.

also the government don't care about speech impairment they don't even count it as a disability and there is no support on this and to get a speech impairment it almost takes 1 or 2 years. even in work there is no support and understanding, awareness of this is very low. i would like the government to make it more aware to others and give more support for others as well.
