Net immigration gives a false picture of the immigration situation in the UK. The much vaunted 25% drop in net immigration was primarily the result of increased migration from the UK*.
Replacing British people with foriegners is NOT most people's idea of a solution to outr immigration problem.
The measures should be:
1, Total Immigration and
2. Total Migration.
