National Military Service for the youth
Introduce tri-service National conscription (non frontline) for 16-20 year olds.
Mandatory minimum of 2 years service to start at any point up until 18th birthday.
To apply to all English and non-English residents.
Failure to comply would remove any welfare benefit payments.
