Petition Action

No to the EU proposal of heavy restriction and outright banning of modified cars

Additional Information

The EU is proposing the severe restriction and in cases, out right banning modified cars.
There is no reason for this to be passed and had no place in UK law.

We dont need people telling us what we can and can not do to our cars. We already have the MOT in place to ensure cars are maintained and roadworthy.

This proposal is a bad idea financially too. Tuning garages and aftermarket parts makers/dealers/fitters will all be out of the job. Tens of thousands of people (at least) will lose jobs.
