Open Civil Partnerships to Opposite Sex Couples as well as Same Sex Couples
Civil Partnerships have been available for same sex couples since 2005, now same sex marriage is also available. Opposite sex couples should be afforded the right to also enter into a Civil Partnership to ensure full equality is upheld
The British Isles have already passed this law for opposite sex couples
