parental alienation syndrome symptoms recognition within family law

Additional Information

Parental Alientation although not currently recognised has serious symptoms that the UK legal system currently disregard. The government must at the very least acknowledge the symptoms stipulated within PAS and ensure that all family law cases set out procedures to investgate and eliminate route causes of alientation. Safeguarding of children successfully requires this addition to avoid a future society of alienated children and families.
