Pay Benefits With Vouchers
All benefits to be paid in goverment vouchers. Benefit claimants need an incentive to work and not to plan a life on benefits. Paying benefits in vouchers that are only redeemable on cloths, food and other goods from government stores is a big incentive to work, and stops benefit money being abused on booze and drugs, or by fraudsters and illegal claimants. It should save millions and be a huge incentive to work.
