People claiming job seekers allowence should work 1 day a week for their benefits
people on Job Seekers Allowence should work 1 day a week for their community before they receive their benefits.
They could do charity work or work for the local council.
This will help them improve their skills and also feel valued. It will also encourage them to find work if they dont want to do work they may not enjoy.
If they refuse to do this or dont attend regulaly their benefits will be cut.
