Request for:
- Public Inquiry
- Full disclosure of official files
of crimes by State of Human Rights violations against innocent individuals and / or their families subjected to misuse of covert operations and secrets act (including removal of exclusion notices to the innocent person's file).

Additional Information

A person or family to be placed under covert operations must be a threat to national security by government, law enforcement, secret and security organisation, such as espionage, serious crimes and terrorism. An innocent person exercising their legal rights in any context that is to democratic laws / policy is not a threat to State. Neither should be subjected to misuse of covert operations and their Human Rights violated. All records collated constitute criminal evidence by such contravention.
