RE-Introduce the death sentance When a murderer is guilty through clear evidence
In this Modern era with the advent of more clear DNA, CCTV, and major advances to scientific evidence, the probability of a wrongful conviction has been minimised.
My Petition is based upon the clear 100% unequivocal cases where either the perpetrator pleads guilty or the images of the dastardly act leave 0% chance that any other person or persons carried out the crime .
The Death penalty should be the only sentence.
This must not include an obvious case of self defense where the convict had no alternative but to preserve his/her own life by the extinction of another or others
