Petition Action

Reform to legal aid

Additional Information

My name is Steven Slater and I propose a change to the legal aid laws.

I propose that the amount paid in legal is restricted to £90 PH and no more. In addition clients would be bared from toping this fee up with their own money.
In other words a lawyer working on legal aid could not charge (or be paid) more then £90 PH.
