Remove MOD crown immunity from health and safety failures

Petition Details

As an ex serviceman, I have been diagnosed with lung cancer which I believe was caused by exposure to asbestos between 1964 and 1975 when I served in the Royal Navy. I have been informed the MOD are immune in all cases before 1987
