Replace TV Licence with BBC Subscription
Replace the TV licencing system with a BBC subscription meaning only those who opt-in to receive BBC channels pay for it. Viewing of BBC channels controlled through BBC Viewing cards in freeview/freesat tuners, or paid for subscriptions through your television provider.
