Require ride-sharing services to give drivers equity to operate in the UK

To get a license to operate in the UK, all "gig economy" types of companies such as Uber, Gett, Deliveroo, etc. would be required to designate a pool of equity (or cash from its sale) to its workers. This would be distributed on a negotiated per mile/hour basis + a 'time on network' + rating policy.

Protect Intelligent Systems Workers

Any worker who contributes to an intelligent network, AI or algorithm that will put their long-term work at risk should participate in the long-term equity success of that network or system because they are helping to build it.

The government should make this equity grant a requirement of entry into any city or town and should hold in escrow either equity, funds or both to protect the longterm future of these intelligent systems workers.
