Restoration of Crown Immunity

Additional Information

To restore in a limited format, crown immunity which prevents the governement being taken to court without permission. Specifically to reduce human rights compensation cases, overturns of goverment legistlation,immigration appeals and frivilous claims by prisoners,detainees, illegal residents etc. To prevent Judiciary accepting challenges to parliaments power, and to enable enforcement of laws.
