Sack Lord Chris Smith for dereliction of duty
Lord Smith has demonstrated ineptitude in running his Department and has shown a complete inability to prioritise .Because of this he is responsible for the millions of pounds of damage and the distress felt by thousands of residents and farmers.
He must be replaced immediately by someone who is more competent to rectify the situation in the south West of the UK
