Scotland Says No to SPL Too Big to Fail Policy
I sign this petition out of concern that attempts to instill Financial Fair Play in Scottish Premier League Football will be seriously eroded by any decision to accommodate a member football club who are:
a) trading whilst insolvent
b) pursuing pre-pack administration
c) emerge as a pheonix club following liquidation
