Scottish Referendum

Additional Information

We the people of the UK, demand that if the Scottish people vote for independance, then they accept that they will be allocated a portion of the UK national debt, including UK owned property or facilities to be independantly valued, this proportion of the UK national debt to be calculated proportionally based solely upon the number of residents of Scotland and the rest of the UK based upon the last census returns and not according to some form of negotiation by politicians or civil servants.
Finally the negotiated terms for independance must be submitted to a referendum by the rest of the UK excluding all residents of Scotland.
It is therefore requested that the UK Government should arrange a referendum by the rest of the UK residents based upon the above statement and to be held within twelve months of the Scottish decision.
