Scrap The Court of Protection policy under the Mental Capacity Act
The Court of Protection was brought in under a labour government by Tony Blair. But I ask the government, how can a policy be brought about, that can have people arrested and taken away, and no one says why. How can someone be sent to jail, when a hearing was carried out in secret, is this big brother watching over us.
