Send rioters to help charities in famine stricken Africa
Send rioters out to help charities in the famine sticken areas of Africa. This has many benefits:
1. A quick learning curve for the errors of their ways
2. An education that will transform their lives
3. Reduce the prison population
4. Their experience will help them towards a creditable CV on return to UK. Surely a beneficial rehabilitation program
5. Help the people of Africa.
