Set out a date for the introduction of care home fees cap.
The Government has been making false promises to put a limit on care home fees since 2011. Last election, the Government promised in its lying manifesto to introduce a cap.
People like me and my family that have worked hard bought our own homes and have been "prudent with our money," have not been "rewarded" as the Government promised.
