social services to give young mothers a real chance to be a good parent

Additional Information

Social services have become very good at not giving young mothers a chance. Just taking babies and children eather at birth or any other time because they have had a bad history.
I speak from exsperience. Social services took my daughter at birth without giving a proper chance.. Please help me to help other perfectly good young mothers to have a fighting chance
