Sri lanka; alledged war crimes

Additional Information

Following evidence of alleged war crimes committed in Sri Lanka by the members of the Sri Lanka Government, the following steps should be taken:
1:The United Kingdom should raise the issue at the UN Security Council in order to have it forwarded to the War Crimes Tribunal.
2: Members of the Sri Lankan High Commission with alleged ties to war crimes should be declared Persona non gratia.
3: The United Kingdom recognising the Key feature of human rights in the commonwealth should lobby to have the 2013 heads of government meeting moved from Sri Lanka.
4 failing that the UK should boycott the 2013 heads of government meeting, and lobby other nations to do so.
